VEHICLE DESCRIPTION: TRANSIT BUSES BUILT ON SPARTAN CHASSIS. HYDRAULIC FLUID RESERVOIR MAY BE MOUNTED LOWER THAN RECOMMENDED WHICH COULD REDUCE THE FLOW OF HYDRAULIC OIL TO THE POWER STEERING PUMP.
